2024 NSW State Open - Coaches Report

Across 3 days (15-17March), a team of 5 Ravenswood Swimming Club members competed at the NSW State Open Championships.

This is a benchmark meet for many swimmers as to fine tune their skills in the lead up to nationals. Many Olympic hopefuls were in attendance at the meet and a great way for our swimmers to see how the best conduct themselves at a meet.

The weekend was successful for all our swimmers with personal growth and improvement in race plan execution. Very positive signs as we lead into the finals weeks of the season.
