Leanne has over 19 years coaching experience in the pool, having coached in Australia and New Zealand at both a grass roots and national level. Prior to RSC Leanne was Head Age Group Coach at Sydney Uni. Leanne holds an ASTCA Advanced Silver Coach License and Bachelor of Physical Education.

Assistant Head Swimming Coach

Cameron holds an ASCTA Advanced Silver Coach License and a Bachelor of Sports Coaching and Administration, Cameron is a well-established coach within NSW Swimming, having previously worked at Abbotsleigh, MLC and Castle Hill, before being appointed to the Head Coach position at Macquarie University in 2017. Throughout his coaching career, Cameron has featured on a number of representative teams, including the NSW Performance Squad, NSW ETS Squad and NSW Junior Sharks.

Junior Swimming Coach

Kate holds an ASCTA Development Coach Licence and a Bachelor of Psychology, currently undertaking her Honours year in pursuit of becoming a Registered Clinical Psychologist. As a national swimmer herself, Kate possesses an intimate understanding of the sport’s demands and the mental fortitude required for success. This unique perspective allows her to guide aspiring swimmers in honouring their technique and instilling a love for swimming. Her academic background equips her with a profound understanding of the developing mind and the intricate interplay between psychology and athletic performance. With previous coaching experience at Macquarie University, having been the Development and Junior Squad level coach, Kate has a proven track record of fostering talent and cultivating a positive training environment.
