The Ravenswood Swimming Program runs throughout the year, offering Learn to Swim (LTS) and Squad programs. Both are open to Ravenswood students and the wider community.
About
Swimmers of all levels have the opportunity to actualise their potential in the pool, from beginner swimmers to advanced squad-training swimmers. Ages range from as young as Prep (four years old) through to students in Year 12.
The program offers a balanced curriculum encompassing skill and technique and embracing the School’s motto, semper ad meliora – always towards better things.
Swimmers enjoy an indoor, heated 25-metre pool on campus at Ravenswood School for Girls in Gordon, NSW. As well as the six-lane pool, there’s also a seating area for spectators, hot showers and change-room facilities.
Ravenswood Swimming Program staff hold AUSTSWIM/Swim Australia or ASCTA accreditation.
Please note that all new and returning swimmers require a swim assessment prior to enrolment.
