SMNE Long Course Distance Champs

On Sunday 21 Oct, a number of our Ravenswood Age Group Swimmers braved an early morning start to attend the SMNE LC Distance Championships at Pymble. With race plans based around attacking the 3rd quarter of the race for the freestyle events, and attacking the freestyle leg of the IM events; everyone stepped up to challenge themselves, finishing their races with great intent. There were plenty of excellent races as well as personal best times achieved because of some great work at training over the past month as well as execution of processes during the race.
