RSC parents are encouraged to register for this complimentary parent workshop on Mon 10 Dec with swimming coach/mentor/psychologist Terry Lalor.

In this 2 hour interactive workshop, Terry will help parents understand the link between their engagements with children at home and how this translates to their participation in sport/swimming. Terry will cover how best to support your child in their swimming, you'll learn:
- How to help & encourage your child
- How to reduce a child's anxiety during competition
- Behaviours to watch out for
- Techniques to optimise engagement with your child
- What to say to enhance psychological wellbeing & health
